Jenny recently looked after our dog Milo for the second time. Upon arriving at Jenny’s house, Milo was that excited to be there that he jumped out of the car and ran to her door! Jenny absolutely loves dogs and treats them like one of her own. It was lovely receiving photos of Milo and Emails whilst we were away. Jenny has so much love for dogs and whenever we go on holiday, we will be giving Jenny a ring to look after Milo. It is great peace of mind knowing he is being looked after so well. We would like to hugely thank Jenny for looking after our Toy Poodle Freddy for 9 days. He is a nervous little dog, but Jenny was so wonderful with him, she emailed us nearly every day with updates and photos, it was so reassuring. Any one that knows me , knows that my dogs are my world so I am just so relieved to have Jenny of In House Dog Sitting.

In House Dog Sitting thank you so much for taking care of Stubbie on two occasions at while we were away recently. He came home as if he’d been home all the time and never away which is a credit to you and the manner in which you care for dogs. Stubbie showed no ill effects from being away because you replicate the loving environment we provide for him at home.
I must commend you on the ‘open house’ at In House Dog Sitting environment you provide the dogs in your care which means they are free to run around the house and yard just as they would do at home as opposed to being locked up in a kennel. It is little wonder they are so well adjusted when we bring them back home.

I loved feeling safe, having a beautiful yard to play in and my great walks by the beach!
It was great that Mum could look at awesome photos of me on your blog and catch up on what I was doing. It really put her mind at ease as she tells me I am a “little prince”and often says I am “spoilt rotten”.
I look forward to having my next holiday at yours when Mum goes away again in July.
I am so happy we found you and that I have a second home and Mum.
A massive “Thank you” to Jenny for looking after our 11 yr Bichon dog Star whilst we where on holiday for 3 weeks, we both cannot thank you enough for the care and attention you have paid to Star during her stay with you.
Within 15 mins of Star arriving back home, she was settled in and is one very happy little dog.
We can now look forward to our next holiday, knowing our dog will be having as much fun as we are, being looked after by you.

I would like to express my sincere thanks to Jenny at In House Dog Sitting in Mandurah.
Our dogs Gus and Archie spent a week with Jenny and they were just so well looked after. They were happy and contented, in fact they would have been quite happy staying with Jenny as they were obviously loved and nurtured by her during their stay.
We travelled overseas for a week and were delighted to receive regular e-mail updates and photos from Jenny which was very reassuring for me.

Thanks for having Tess for 2 weeks – she is well loved.
Sam is loving it in London – they have relaxed rules for dogs – Allowed in pubs; public transport & cafes. Also, gets exercise 3 times during week by Penny the dog walker. (Sam is one of my guests who has gone to live in England)
Also, Sam gets to go on a farm when they visit Ireland & mix with the farm dogs.He’s very alert.
We may very well need your services again next year when we travel again for Anne & Anthony’s wedding. That will be from May.

Jenny (and Sienna) aren’t “dog sitters” – they are extended family. Our poodles, Smudge and Squiggle are regular guests and they absolutely love their Auntie Jenny! Our puppies get so excited when we turn the corner to Jenny’s house – the whole neighbourhood knows they are arriving. They bolt out of the car and into Jenny’s arms. The regular updates Jenny provides via email, including wonderful photos ensure a happy and contented holiday – you know your babies are safe, loved, and having a wonderful time! I can’t recommend In-House Dog Sitting enough! A stay with Jenny is like a holiday for your doggy, they are spoiled rotten, receive lots of love (and roast chicken!) – and you have perfect peace of mind!

Ensuring our 2 fur boys Tofu and Tempeh are well taken care of when we go away is always a priority… and a worry. We found Jenny’s In house dog sitting while we were looking for boarding facilities for our recent shortbreak, and decided to give it a go. We are very pleased that we did: knowing they were not in a kennel run but in somebody’s home with constant company was very reassuring, as were the photos of the boys Jenny posted to her blog. This was our third time using Jenny at In House Dog Sitting to look after our little man Toshi while we went on our overseas holiday. She is wonderful with him, he is shy, quiet and apprehensive around other dogs. However with Jenny’s patience and kindness our little man has been transformed. He had a wonderful holiday this January playing with his new friend Gracie who was also staying, visits to the beach, walks to The Cut and lots of love and hugs. This is our second time for Molly to stay at Jenny’s place. Molly is very much a house and peoples dog, a kennel was not an option. We had Molly at Jenny’s place last year and all seemed to go well. We were sure Molly was well looked after. This trip, I parked outside of Jenny’s place, Molly recognised house and was ready to visit. She run up to the front door where she meet Jenny and Molly was more than please to see Jenny again. Molly went straight up to Jenny to get her tummy rubbed. Then she was off, running out to the back yard, then all through the house as if she had not been away. Jenny had prepared for Molly and knew what her needs were. Molly did not even worry about me leaving and only looked my way before going off again.
When I returned after 16 days, it was about the time that Jenny would have taken Molly to the beach. Molly was looking to go with Jenny and ran into her garage where she would have got into Jenny’s car to go to the beach. She then realised I was there and eventually got her to come home with me.
From Molly’s behaviour, she was well looked after and I would strongly recommend Jenny to anyone requiring their small house dog to be looked after when the need arises.

Thank you so much for looking after little Zoe. Jenny had my little Zoe whilst I was recovering from a broken arm and neck in Perth from Busselton.
In the first few days Jenny noticed Zoe had something wrong with an eye and took her to the vet.She ended up with a painful operation a lot of drops, pain killers etc. (A problem of the breed.)
They had many follow up trips back to the veterinarian it was very full-on and Jenny was so wonderful.
Jenny gave her so much love and care and nursed her to health you can just see the bond between them. I recommend Jenny to anyone to look after your little treasures, nothing is too much trouble and you can see how she loves them.

BanjoWe left Banjo with Jenny for an overnight stay, and he was thoroughly spoilt. He was very happy and content with Jenny’s care and devotion, and he had a lovely long walk. It was the first time we have left Banjo with anyone, and as he is a rescue dog from K9 Rescue, were a little concerned about him, but Jenny rang to let us know he had settled down really well and was fine. Jenny also rang the next morning to let us know how he had gone overnight – better than at home, the ratbag. Jenny had also looked after our much loved and very precious Jack Russell, Tilly, a few times, and Tilly just loved Jenny. Jenny was nearly as heartbroken as us when Tilly was diagnosed with bowel cancer and we had to have her put to sleep. Jenny is the perfect dog sitter, she has a genuine love for the dogs she looks after, and they receive the right royal treatment. We have no hesitation in recommending Jenny to anyone who needs to have their precious dog minded.

I was worried that she would not settle and may have been a bit too much hard work on her walks but you clearly understand and know how to deal with such pooches and you had her wrapped around your finger rather than you being wrapped around her paw – which I am guilty of.

Thanks for looking after Daisy. What a blessing, just clicking on line whilst I was away, I was able to not only know what my dog was doing but see it as well. Being a very attached dog I was worried about Daisy fretting. But I could see she was quite well and really happy especially with Sienna. (Thank you Sienna – I can see Daisy really loved you especially). We can’t believe how lucky we have been in finding Jenny to care for Toby & Maggie, our little rescue Jack Russells who have been with us for over three years. They were both abandoned in Karratha and had been in and out of the pound and foster care and eventually looked after by SAFE (Saving Animals from Euthanasia). We saw them on the SAFE website fell in love with them and arranged for them to be flown to Perth. Understandably they were both a bit traumatised and insecure. They are both wonderful little dogs and we couldn’t love them more but they are very dependent on us for their security.
In April we undertook a big move from Fremantle to live in Falcon. During the packing, moving and settling into the new house Toby and Maggie got insecure and distressed and given their history we didn’t feel able to leave them alone when we went to work, so we looked for a dog minder who could look after them during the day and very fortunately we found Jenny. Jenny is wonderful with Toby and Maggie she has such an affinity with them, and they with her. On the first day of dropping them off, they were unsure and the tears from me didn’t help. Now they absolutely love going to Jenny’s, they are so excited and can’t wait to get out of the car when we turn into her street. They get lots of walks, swims and fresh air but most important of all is the love and attention she gives them. We couldn’t be happier with the care that Jenny provides for our little ones, it gives us so much peace of mind when we can’t be with them. We have now settled into the new house and Toby and Maggie are going to Jenny’s one day a week for day care because they enjoy being with her so much. Carol xx May 2014

Dear Jenny, I am so happy I was able to find someone I could trust to love and care for Sam as much as I do. I found your website by chance while trying to look for house sitting options for my upcoming holidays. The idea of an in-house dog sitter seemed fantastic to me. Avoiding the hassle of having to clean my house before I left for a house sitter, and just being able to drop Sam off at your place, knowing he would be well cared for and secure. I’m so glad I contacted you about it. Thank you so much for the photos and updates of Sam, although I was out of phone reception for most of my trip, any time we had reception I was checking my emails and your blog for updates. It was good to see he was enjoying his own little holiday of walks and trips to the beach, all the while socialising with other furry friends. I cannot thank you enough for the piece of mind that you gave us when we left our Babies in your care . We left Greta and Groucho with you for a week end before our major trip to U.K . When we collected Greta and Groucho first time – they were happy which made us feel good . When we returned the following week to leave Greta and Groucho , they were just so excited to be visiting Auntie Jenny ! Such peace of mind ! Thank you for the e mails and photographs while we were away as we do so love our babies and again peace of mind and helped us enjoy our holiday . So very happy that we had our babies in the best of care – I left Jenny with many instructions as Greta has allergies and under supervision of Murdoch and when Greta was sick after the new medications , Jenny phoned Murdoch where Greta is treated – to obtain advice Jenny – You are amazing !! Dogs are better mannered now as well – Groucho still has to talk but not so much to strangers now and so sorry for his last day piddle – am soo ashamed ( yet you were again so good about it ! ) .

I found Jenny’s ad on gumtree and decided to give her a call. We went to her place to meet her and from that moment I knew that she was the person to look after our boy. Toshi is a very quiet, shy dog and I knew that he would be a challenge for Jenny. All I can say is that she was amazing with him. It took him a while to settle in, and he gave her many challenges but she took it in her stride, gave him lots of love and attention and the results she achieved in those five weeks were incredible. He was socialising and playing with other dogs, running off lead at the beach and even in the water. All these things we had tried and failed at. We had constant contact with Jenny via email, sometimes three a day as i was missing Toshi. Lots of photos so we could see these huge milestones that he was achieving, that she posted on her website and others sent via email. I found this very reassuring, as I could see he was being so well cared for and enjoying himself during his stay. He was walked every day, taken to the beach and thoroughly spoilt. Jenny is a real treasure…..the dogs she cares for absolutely love her, which was evident when we took our boy home, for the first few days you could see he was missing her. I highly recommend Jenny to anyone looking for somewhere to have their dogs cared for whilst on holiday. They will be loved and cared for like they are her own. Thank you Jenny….you were amazing with Toshi, our family is so grateful for the wonderful care you gave him during our holiday and we will definitely be using your services again..
